We accept returns within 14 days of receipt. Items must be in their original, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Returns requested after 14 days cannot be accommodated.

Complete the returns form included with your order. Pack the item securely in its original condition, along with the form and your original invoice.

Return shipping costs are at your expense. We recommend using a trackable service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Once we receive your return, our team will inspect it and notify you within 2 - 3 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 - 7 business days.

If you have not received your refund after 7 business days, please check with your bank first - processing times can vary. If you are still having trouble, please get in touch.

In some circumstances we may issue a partial refund, such as for items returned after 14 days (but within 30 days), items not in original condition, or items with minor issues not caused by our error.

We are happy to exchange items that arrive defective or damaged, and we can assist with size exchanges on full-priced items subject to availability. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange.

If your order was sent as a gift directly to you, we will issue a gift credit for the return value. Once we have processed your return, we will send you a gift certificate to use on any future Paula Ryan purchase.

Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged. All sale purchases are final, so please choose carefully. If you have any questions before purchasing, we are always happy to help.

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

Intimate apparel and undergarments, swimwear (unless tags remain attached and hygiene liner is intact), personalised or custom-ordered pieces, gift cards and digital products, and items marked as final sale.
