  • All New Zealand rural orders incur a flat fee of $12 to contribute towards courier surcharges.
  • We use NZ Courier Post & Post Haste for all New Zealand deliveries.
  • You will receive your order within 3-5 days upon placing your order.

  • A tracking number will be issued to you via email once your parcel has been collected for delivery.

Orders must be placed before Noon, on a weekday, to enjoy this service.

Orders placed before 10am on a Friday (for example) will be delivered the next working day on the Monday following. We are unable to guarantee delivery on a Saturday. 

The Overnight Express service to anywhere in New Zealand incurs an Express rush fee of $25. This also means that your order will be fast-tracked to the top of our production queue and shipped same day on Courier Post's Overnight service. If your order is being shipped from two different locations, the Express fee will be charged twice = $50. This is because the order requires two overnight couriers, not one.

Unfortunately we are unable to provide this service to rural addresses.

Please allow one extra day for this service if your address is deemed a rural postcode.



  • Enjoy FREE DHL EXPRESS SHIPPING to anywhere in Australia for orders over $500. Orders under this, incur a flat $25 shipping fee to anywhere in Australia via DHL.


  • All international orders incur a $50 freight charge.
  • For international deliveries, we use DHL Express.
    You will receive your garments within 4 - 6 days upon placing your order.

  • We deliver internationally to most countries.

  • International taxes, if applicable, will be payable upon receipt.


  • Should your order not be the right style or fit for you, please simply return it to us in its original condition with the tags still on for an exchange.

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days from receiving your online order.
    We will refund the money back with the same payment method once we receive the goods.

  • We accept returns for all items except sale and special promotions where the returns policy is listed on the promotion. 

  • All goods returned must be in new, unworn condition and with the labels in tact. Unfortunately should you soil a garment during the try-on process - the garment will no longer be able to be on-sold and so is unable to be returned. Soiled, damaged or worn garments that are returned will be returned to sender without a refund as we will not be able to on-sell these garments. Please use a change scarf when trying on all tops at home. White garments for example that are returned with makeup marks will be returned to sender.


  • Sale orders, unless listed on the style as FINAL SALE, NOT RETURNS, can be returned for an exchange only. Refunds will not be given for sale orders. 

  • If the sale style is marked FINAL SALE, NO RETURNS, on the style unfortunately we cannot accept any returns for these sale items.

  • REFUNDS can only be made through the payment method that you originally used. E.g. If you paid by Pay Pal, you will be refunded through Pay Pal.
